As a Volunteer Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our service—helping young people feel safe, supported and heard. What You’ll Do Welcome young people, visitors and partners Handle enquiries with warmth and professionalism Direct visitors to the right team member Support admin tasks and maintain accurate records Encourage young people’s involvement and feedback Work collaboratively while upholding safeguarding and confidentiality What We’re Looking For Confident, friendly communicator Empathy and awareness of challenges young people face Good organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with Microsoft Office Professional, flexible and reliable Why Join Us?
