We are always looking for passionate and dedicated people to help us support young people in our community. Whether you are interested in employment, governance, or volunteering, there are many ways to get involved and make a difference.

Current Opportunities:

We occasionally recruit for a range of roles across our organisation. Please check this page regularly for updates.

We are currently looking for Volunteer Receptionists to support us at our drop‑in centre in Nuneaton.

We are also seeking a Volunteer Gardener.

Volunteer With Us

Volunteers play a vital role in helping us deliver meaningful activities and safe spaces for young people.

Opportunities Include

  • Supporting our drop-in centre

We are seeking committed individuals to join our Board of Trustees or act as Advisors to support the strategic direction and governance of our organisation. We particularly encourage applications from people who reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.

    Doorway is a registered charity set up in 1997 to provide a range of services to advise and support young people aged 16-25 who are rough sleeping or threatened with homelessness in the County of Warwickshire.
