Support Doorway through the Co-op Local Community Fund

We are delighted to announce that Doorway has been chosen to take part in the Co-op Local Community Fund for 2025/2026.

When Co-op Members select Doorway as their chosen cause, a contribution is made to our Healthwise Wellbeing Project every time they shop — at no extra cost to them. Anyone across the UK can support us, not just those living locally.

Our Healthwise sessions give young people safe access to activities that support their physical and mental wellbeing. Young people affected by homelessness face a much higher risk of stress, anxiety and other mental health challenges. We aim to reduce these risks and help build resilience by offering wellbeing-focused activities, opportunities to spend positive time outdoors in our community garden, and a supportive peer environment.

We also involve participants in shaping the programme, enabling young people to choose activities that matter to them and helping them develop ownership, confidence and positive relationships.
